Happy New Year Runners

  • Make running your chariot to health in 2015

:bowtie::confetti_ball::sparkles:

Running is a chariot to health. No, it's not easy. It's not easy because it's not what we are accustomed too. Here's the thing. No one can take care of you besides you. That's it. You only get one body and time is precious and counts down through the seconds that we have here. You can only keep saying that you are going to do something tomorrow until tomorrow is today and today is too late. Everything is fine until it's not.

If there is one thing that I wish I could do in this world it's to get people more concerned with their health because you don't want to leave your loved ones behind because you failed to take care of yourself. As I mentioned at the beginning of this post - running is a chariot to health. It's not the only chariot and nothing in this world is certain but it is a good chariot.

Running is not only good for the body but it's good for the mind. Sometimes people never take a break to get lost in their thoughts. Running gives you that time even if you just think about nothing. That's fine. That's good. You should take time to just think about nothing. Running really is a humbling sport in a multitude of ways. You become more conscious of what you eat and how you act. Make health your New Year's resolution. Once you start up a healthy hobby then work to try to get others to do the same. Health needs to be as infectious as possible. Happy New Year and lets start the infection.
